Antonio Davoli is an electronic engineer with ICT experience on telecom and cybersecurity domains

Born in '64 in Italy (Calabria).

He left the scientific high school with a score of 60/60.

In 1990 he graduated, with a score of 110/110, in electronic engineering defending a thesis on sampling strategies and reconstruction algorithms of thematic maps in the marine environment.

One year later, he was co-author of some scientific articles for reconstruction algorithms of thematic maps in the marine environment.

That same year, he ranked second, ex aequo, for the prize 'On knowledge and protection of the environment', established and assigned by the Rotary Club of Roma Est.

In 1992 he attended a course at the Regency School, in England (Ramsgate) for three months, to improve the English language (Trinity College London, Certification).

From 1990 to 2018 he worked for the following companies:

- Biotronix - software development for marine pollution and telemedicine
- Alenia-Finmeccanica Group - software development for remote sensing by airborne sensors
- Saritel-Telecom Italia Group - project management of public network systems in fixed and mobile telephony
- Delco/ComApp - presales design and sales management of unified communications and contact center solutions

From 2000 to 2018 he attended several pre-sales and architectural design courses, based on Avaya, Ericsson, Alcatel, Genesys, and Microsoft Skype for Business products.

From 2019 he is certified as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH v10 from EcCouncil)

From 2018 to 2020, after have been working for about 30 years, he was on sabbatical to attend the master's degree course in CyberSecurity of the 'La Sapienza' University of Rome.

In February 2021 he graduated, with a score of 103/110, in CyberSecurity defending a thesis on "a study on the applicability of the Italian CyberSecurity Framework for OT security".

After his second master degree, he was involved, in Mead Informatica and for job, mainly on:

  1) Vulnerability Assessments
  2) Security posture on healthcare environments
  3) XDR configurations
  4) Simulation of Phishing Campaigns and teaching for increasing awareness
  5) Automated Web Application Scans
  6) OSINT tasks on corporate customers

Antonio is passionate about mathematics (prime numbers)

He also plays piano, guitar, and clarinet at the amateur level and for pleasure.
